POMP has been developing and refining performance measurement surveys for the assessment of services provided under Title III OAA for the past five years. The following areas have been studied with current work under way to develop two new performance measurement surveys for Case Management and Senior Centers.

The following surveys are considered cross-cutting since they focus more on the client and not on a particular service.
