| INTRODUCTION |
Transportation is one of the service programs evaluated under POMP. The
measure focuses on the quality of an agency's transportation service from
the perspective of those older persons using AoA funded transportation
services. After four years, AoA has decided that the latest version of
the transportation satisfaction questionnaire is working well and thus
no new transportation surveys will be collected during POMP V.

| TEST INSTRUMENT |
The transportation performance measure focuses on several areas: reliability,
accessibility, flexibility, availability,overall service quality, and
impacts on the lives of the users.
