| INTRODUCTION |
Information and assistance satisfaction is one of
the client satisfaction measures being evaluated. This measure is focusing on the quality of an agency's I&A
service. After four years, AoA has decided that the latest
version of the I&A satisfaction questionnaire is working well and thus no new I&A
surveys will be collected during POMP V.
