HOMEMAKER SERVICE
INTRODUCTION

The Home Care Satisfaction Measure (HCSM) can be used to measure the satisfaction of (a) homemaker service, (b) home health aide service, (c) case management, (d) home delivered meal service, and (e) grocery service.
 

TEST INSTRUMENT

The HCSM was developed by Scott Miyake Geron at Boston University. There are several subscales of the HCSM, each focusing on satisfaction with a particular service. They include:

Homemaker Service (HCSM-HM13)
Home Health Aide Service (HCSM-HHA13)
Case Management Service (HCSM-CM13)
Home Delivered Meal Service (HCSM-MS11)
Grocery Service (HCSM-GS10)
