| INTRODUCTION |
The collection of demographics information enables one to determine
if certain groups vary in their assessment of services. It also provides
a means of characterizing and describing the type of clients receiving
a particular service.
|
| TEST INSTRUMENT |
The demographic instrument includes the standard background questions about a person, for
example the person's gender, age, educational level, ethnic group, and income range. In addition, it
inquires about the person's living arrangement, which can be very important information
to obtain if your client population is limited in their mobility and may have to rely on
others for assistance.
